TRIOTRAIN - PROJECT OUTPUTS
 
TrioTRAIN cluster outputs are specific to each project - AeroTRAIN, DynoTRAIN and PantoTRAIN.
However, project outputs are easily classified into the following two categories:

  • Outcomes closing TSI's Open Point, which will be submitted to the European Railway Agency for potential inclusion in the corresponding TSI

  • Outcomes bringing new methodology and standards to reduce certification costs, which will be presented to the CEN/CENELEC to be taken into account in the corresponding EN norm.

In order to speed up both the implementation of the project outcomes and the return on investment, some project outcomes will be included in a Technical Recommendation (TecRec), following the Memorandum of Understanding signed in December 2009 between UNIFE and UIC.
